There are also three acres of mature native bush and a peaceful glade on the property & the Mt Maungatautari bush and bird sanctuary is nearby. Hilltop Views is only 10 minutes from Lake Karapiro, 15 minutes from Hobbiton Movie Set & Farm & 20 minutes to Cambridge, Tirau and Matamata.

Our central location also means that you are only 1 hour to Rotorua, Waitomo Caves, Mt Maunganui Beach and several golf courses & 35 minutes from Hamilton Airport & Mystery Creek. Unwind, soak in the spa, listen to the birds & enjoy!
